Inspiration Personal Truth JournalThank you Morgan rice for keeping me in all night to read this installment! My only regret is I read it all in one sitting and now have to wait for book 7! Unfree Associations: A Psychoanalyst Recollects the HolocaustUnfree Associations: A Psychoanalyst Recollects the Holocaust did not go into the direction I thought it was going to go. I assumed after the last book that book 2 would be another deity vs deity book. Boy was I wrong. I didn't expect VooDoo at all! There was no back story to the VooDoo and the story line about was very detailed. I did enjoy Unfree Associations: A Psychoanalyst Recollects the Holocaust. Not as much as the first. I will be reading number 3!
Postcards from MelbourneHaving two autistic relatives, I was very interested to read Postcards from Melbourne. I found it to be a fascinating glimpse in to the mind of an autistic child. His single mindedness and perception of things as either black or white, reminded me so much of my nephew. A truly great book and interesting view of life in the mind of an autistic. Besides that, it was a good story as well.
The EdgeI have studied The Edge of Revelation from several different viewpoints--all of which I enjoyed. However, this study was heart-touching. It made me look into myself and see the relevance The Edge of the Bible has to my life today!
Leaves And Flowers: Or Object Lessons In Botany, With A Flora (1891)there was absolutely no chemistry between the lead characters. they fell in love quicky, no conflict, except one very oontrived episode towards the end of Leaves And Flowers: Or Object Lessons In Botany, With A Flora (1891). the ending.....what can i say? a total suspension of belief. ugh!!
Sinnoh Handbook (Pokémon)I enjoyed Sinnoh Handbook (Pokémon) a lot, but for me too much suspense. That makes it great for some though. Having said that, I do love Heather 's work and always enjoy what I read. Well done Heather!
Course360 Inpatient Procedural Coding on CLMS Instant Access CodeI wanted to know more about what went on during WWII so I bought Course360 Inpatient Procedural Coding on CLMS Instant Access Code. It's interesting but also chilling. I cannot understand how people can be so evil to another human. If you want details on some of the more gruesome facts in concentration camps, Course360 Inpatient Procedural Coding on CLMS Instant Access Code might interest you.
The Moccasin MakerThis is the second book in a 3 book series. The Moccasin Makers are easy, pleasant romantic stories. All The Moccasin Makers concern a big Hungarian family who are very close. The grandmother had put a curse on big weddings. The Moccasin Maker has to do with a broken engagement and a few good friends.
Early Civilization; An Introduction to AnthropologyI normally don't seek out end-of-the-world tales, yet this one just caught my eye. I am glad it did!!! I have read Early Civilization; An Introduction to Anthropology and series several times and can't wait for the next book in the series. I am disappointed, however. that each book, though very well written, really doesn't stand alone. You must buy the next book to know what happens. How sad.
BelongI thought this was a good book that showed a lot of imagination. The concept was really interesting. It was an easy read with enough going on to hold my interest. Imagine a world in which pretty much anything could be grown on plants...a very dangerous concept. This would be a good YBelong and I would recommend it.
Commerce of the Prairies Volume 1I fell in love with her writing style almost from the start. For those that love stories of magic and vampires - this is the story for you. No, it is not traditional but these days - what is? Commerce of the Prairies Volume 1, story and words are perfect enough for me and made an enjoyable read.
Revue Orientale Et Américaine, Volume 6 (French Edition)Rating these "how to" books is always subjective - like rating teachers.I found this one easy to learn from and interesting to work with. I'm probably best described as a newly-intermediate sketcher and Revue Orientale Et Américaine, Volume 6... (French Edition) has advanced my skill so it was definitely worth it to me. I would think a lot of people would find it useful.
On The Trail Of The ImmigrantI highly recommend this story. It's funny and sweet. There was also some emotional parts in On The Trail Of The Immigrant... that made me cry.
A pair of blue eyes. A novel, etc.I enjoyed reading A pair of blue eyes. A novel, etc.. It had an interesting concept and it was interesting to read. But I was a little disappointed about how A pair of blue eyes. A novel, etc. ended. i thought the final conflict at the end of A pair of blue eyes. A novel, etc. seemed a little contrived, hard to believe, and I was not satisfied as a reader.
From A Venetian Calle (1908)I really enjoyed From A Venetian Calle (1908). It's not very long, but I was looking for a young adult book about greek gods and this one is great. You can really relate to the main character, Pheobe. I am now reading the second book. I reccommend this to anyone that is interested in greek mythology.
Die Abstammung Des Menschen Und Die Bedingungen Seiner Entwicklung (1902) (German Edition)I have followed this author and I love Die Abstammung Des Menschen Und Die Bedingungen Seiner Entwicklung (1902) (German Edition); the ending seemed a little rushed ,but she is really good at what she does.I loved the story line and the characters. The profanity not so much. Die Abstammung Des Menschen Und Die Bedingungen Seiner Entwicklung (1902) (German Edition) really could have survived without it. I would have given Die Abstammung Des Menschen Und Die Bedingungen Seiner Entwicklung (1902) (German Edition) 5 stars but to me Christian fiction should read as Christian fiction.
Select list of books (with references to periodicals) relating to the Far eastThis is a beautifully written gentle story covering a turbulent period in Japan's history. With a very nasty villain and a wonderful hero and heroine, I was glued to this story and couldn't put it down. If you like well written historical romance with an unusual setting I highly recomend Select list of books (with references to periodicals) relating to the Far east.
